Easy Healthy Vegetarian Dishes

Easy Cook Vegetarian Dishes

Here are some easy cooking vegetarian dishes. If you want to eat healthy or try some vegetarian dishes, do give it a try!

The top left is steamed sweet potato with broccoli. It is quite convenient and easy to cook, as all you need to do is just steam the sweet potato(cut it into halve can save the cooking time) for around 35 minutes, after that you put the broccoli into the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, take the broccoli up and put it in a bowl with some salt and pepper. This combination is very healthy and clean, should try out!

The second dish beside the sweet potato is pasta. Pasta is also one of the most easy, convenient and tasty vegan dish as well. Just buy the noodles and the pasta sauce(if you are lazy to make the sauce by yourself) in the store, and put everything you like eg. corns, pepper/broccoli/any vegetable, carrots, mushrooms...But one should be noted that, the pasta sauce that sell in the store may not always suitable for all vegetarians, so should always keep in mind to look at the ingredients of the product.

The third picture is fry udon noodles. After chop down all the ingredients you would like to cook it with udons(eg. corns, carrots, vegetables, mushrooms,or even fake meat/seitan...), put some oil in your pan, and fry the ingredients you just chop down for awhile, then some soy sauce, sesame oil and salt would be nice, lastly, the udons, and fry (you may put some water if you think it is too dry).

The fourth one is sushi. To be honest, sushi is yummy and healthy, but it is not time saving. Anyway, you still can make it when you have the time. You just have to prepare the ingredients well, like the roller, sushi rice, sushi vinegar, seaweed, cucumber, corns, carrots, avocado(depends on what you like)...

The fifth one is fry eggplant with mince seitan/fake meat. Mince Seitan or fake meat can be bought in supermarket such as Dunnes (the brand of fake meat I used it here is Quorn). After you deep fry the egg plant, take it up and put it aside, then fry the fake mince meat with  soy sauce, put the egg plant you already deep fry just now, and then fry them together for awhile, adding some flavorings on it, that's it!

The sixth picture is broccoli with cheese toppings. Cook the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, and put it on a round plate(as the picture shown),  you can put chopped mushrooms, carrots and corns in the center of the plate, lastly toppings with cheese and put it in oven 180 degree for 6~8minutes.

The seventh picture is steaming man tou(Chinese steam bread), which is suitable for breakfast. You can make the man tou by yourself or buy the frozen one at Asian store(the frozen one only need to steam for 10-15 minutes).

The eight picture is ramen noodles, not time saving but still consider as healthy. You can use miso to make the soup broth, and put corns and carrots(after chopping or slicing)into the soup, cook for 10-15 minutes, and then put things you like, such as tofu, mushroom, vegetables and the noodles.

The ninth picture is frying fake meat with vegetables. Any type of fake meat will do. Just fry with vegetables you like, and put some seasonings. The dish would be nice complement with rice.

Enjoy!

Evidence and verification of Tao

‘Evidence and verification of Tao’ by Lecturer Bill

My experience with Tao have left an everlasting impression on me. I have seen things that are astounding as I have indicated in previous slides. Let me share a few of these occurrences:

1) We were at a temple when the Holy Teacher visited us. He turned to my wife and quietly said to her not to spank her kids. She was the only one who knew about this. I did not even  know about this. I didn't even know! She admitted this and promised not to do this again.

2) We again were at a temple listening to a visiting lecturer from Taiwan. He was speaking about the evidence of Tao and the Three Treasures. He showed pictures of exhumed bone and skulls of his parents. (BTW, this is traditional in Taiwan). And on each of his parents' skulls was a mark,a discoloration at the exact location of the First Treasure. His parents did receive the Three Treasures; yet, other artifacts were exhumed without any evidence of discoloration or marks thus proving that there is some kind of phenomenon that created the blemishes on those two skulls. This eyewitness story was evidence showing that the Three Treasures are real and true.

Verification, Evidence Proved!

3) In Taiwan, there was a terrible storm and consequently a fire broke out in an apartment building. The building suffered major damage to most of the structure except the third floor. In this floor lived a family who had a temple there. The room where the temple was located was undamaged, yet the surrounding rooms were a total loss(my wife was there, she told me).

Verification, Evidence Proved!

The above contents are taken from the video <Tao Experience in My Life>:
 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76ELYX17WW4

There are too many evidences and proofs of the Tao. Although we can't see Tao, but is that means the Tao doesn't exist at all? Can a blindness to be happy? Yes, of cause he/she can, loosing eyesight doesn't mean that you can't be happy, you still can 'FEEL' it, right?

Below are few evidences and proofs of Tao (although there millions of cases and evidences, but I try my best to taken down few evidences):

1)The Holy Revelation within the Revelation
The Holy Revelation is written down through a session called sand writing. It is the method when the Divines and Buddha wish to pass some information to us, tell us the Tao, correcting our mistakes and more. So we have many Revelations written by the Divines and our Holy Teacher. The I Kuan Tao Holy Revelation is quite special, because it is often 'Revelation within a revelation', which means that in a revelation, the Divines or Buddha draws a picture or even some big words on the revelation in order to get another revelation. Some Revelations are simple but some are really complex, which is totally not human ability to create (especially when there is more than 1 Revelation in a Revelation)

2) Dead Bodies Remain Soft And Faces Vivid
This is a phenomenon when a Tao member passed away, their bodies remain soft and faces vivid after many hours in stead of stiff and pale. This is often seen when the Tao member already received the Tao and also learn to cultivate him/herself during his/her life time. There are too many this kind of cases which happened in so many countries. You can have a look via this link>

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMkIumCkVHI

*There are many evidences which I didn't list it down here(may be post in different post), as there are too many cases that proof the Tao is real, and I can't say all of them out. However, by receiving the Tao and cultivating the Tao, you will also have some experiences as well! Even though you can't see it, but you can feel it!

The Holy Revelation within the Revelation - the Cross

Holy Revelation from Ji Gong Living Buddha:

The Holy Revelation within the Revelation:

The Cross
(——)Love everyone and find the Cross
( l )        And Follow me to believe in the Tao

<The Reverence of Tao> P105(Chinese version)~ Ji Gong Living Buddha's Holy Revelation.

~Five religions come from one.

Holy's Teacher Merciful Words

Ji Gong Living Buddha merciful words:

"My disciples!Be careful of people who always flatter you, be careful of those praises to you. When you get all the praises, when people keep flattering you, you have to be more careful, more humble, to avoid being deceived by those false appearances, so you can also avoid being harmed.

Every person loved to be praised, but, if you can't get rid of haughtiness and arrogance, you may fall into the thought of discriminating(differentiating). When your heart begins to discriminate, the things surround you may changing to the bad.

Cultivating the Tao should come back to the bottom, because the Tao is at lower level. Cultivating Tao should begin from the heart, when cultivating the ‘heart’ should start from the ‘true-self' (Buddha nature), so that you wont use the Bloody heart' to do things, but using the 'Clean and Peaceful heart' to do things, using the 'Merciful heart' to do all the good things and enlightening people, using the 'Joy and Giving heart' to concern others, away from all the true and false.  "

There are three hearts - Tao heart, Human heart and Bloody heart.
-Tao heart is always clean and kind, there is no any evil by using this heart. Tao heart always include peaceful, merciful, joy and giving(contribute to others). But also very less people have this heart.
-Human Heart has both kind and evil. Sometimes mercy to others, but sometimes can become greedy.
-Bloody Heart is cruelty and selfishness. There is only evil in this heart.
*Most people are having Human heart and Bloody heart, so we shall always examine our hearts and cleaning our hearts, in order to have a clean and peaceful Tao heart. And when we have the Tao heart, we are closed to the all Divines, Buddhas and God.

The Third Treasure of the Three Treasures - the Hand Seal

The Third Treasure of the Three Treasures - the Hand Seal

The Hand Seal has its own meaning, which many people may not know. When holding the hand seal, the right thumb and the left thumb are pressing on the X of the ring finger and Y of the pinky respectively. And when you holding the Hand Seal, left hand should wrap the right hand, left hand outwards, and right hand inwards.

Two points to worth to note and understand:
1) The X, Y meanings (why must be at that spots?).
2) Why should the Left hand wrap inwards the right hand (why couldn't make it reverse?)

1) According to the twelve Chinese traditional hours (1 Chinese traditional hour corresponds to 2 modern hours), the 12 hours per day can be named as:子、醜、寅、卯、辰、巳、午、未、申、酉、戊、亥. The Chinese fortune tellers often use their hands to predict one's fate by counting on the twelve Chinese traditional hours on their fingers.  And the X、Y  are the spots of 子(zi) and 亥(hai)子 + 亥 = 孩 , and ‘孩’ (hai) means 'child', so the Third Treasure of the Three Treasures - the Hand Seal, reminds us to keep our pure heart as a child - simple chaste, which means that our original nature is a child-like state of mind that sees wonder in everything, does not judge or criticize and experience pure bliss in the here and now. The Hand Seal reminds us how precious this inner child is, and how we can rediscover our original nature through Tao cultivation.
On the other hand, "子" (zi) is entailing the 'beginning' and the "亥" (hai)is entailing the 'ending', which also means that never do things by halve or carry something to the end.

2) When holding the Hand Seal, the lend hand wrap inwards the right hand, which makes the left hand outwards and right hand inwards, it is because Chinese believes that the left hand is kind and the right hand is evil. So the Hand Seal also means that we have to conceal the faults of others(right hand inwards) and praise their good points(left hand outwards).

*Going back to the old times, the General always carry the weapon in his right hand, and when he wants to salute to his king, his left hand automatically put on top of the right hand. So it has become the meaning of left hand is kind and the right hand is evil(carrying weapons entails killing).

Three Treasures Of I Kuan Tao

Ladies and gentlemen, please be seated. I'm going to take this opportunity to thank for the graciousness God and altogether make the friendly friends with all.

Well, first of all, welcome back to our public hall for worshiping Buddha. Once again, congratulations to you. You have received Tao today.

So what is Tao?

Tao is a way, which for our spiritualities returning to heaven, being together with holy God.

The Tao we have received is the same as Jesus's.

Our spiritualities come from Heaven. Once we received Tao, our spiritualities can return to heaven in the future. One of the benefit of receiving Tao is getting the Three Treasures. It can help us returning to heaven.

What are the Three Treasures?

Our Tao Transmitting Master has just passed to us. Are you able to remember? Or if you have forgotten? It is ok! I'm going to review it now.

The First Treasure - the Mystic Portal( Heavenly Portal / Gate)

What is the Mystic Portal?

Have you heard of "seven orifices eight qiao?"

What is "seven orifices?" (Eyes have 2, Ears have 2, Nose has 2, and mouth 1, total comes to 7 of them.)

Then, where is the eight orifice(qiao)?

That is the Mystic portal.

Where is it?

A saying, the eye is window of the soul, then where is the door of the soul?

Does anyone know about it?

That is in between the place where the transmitting Master had initiated the point, do you still remember?

The Bible says :"This is the cross, in the cross has the true self."

That is the true meaning of the cross.

Our spiritualities pass in and out from there.

Guan yin Bodhisattva (Goddess of Mercy) has a red mark in frontal. Because heavenly secret cannot be divulged, so the red mark is marked there(it is a hint regarding the Heavenly Gate, but the spot of the red mark is not the actual Heavenly Gate)

That is (pointing at the first treasure) the place of the gate of which our spiritualities would return to the heaven from the gate when we die.

The Second Treasure - the True Sutra (Heavenly password)

There are five words of the Sutra. Do you remember?

Please repeat it, XXXXX.

What would be the mysterious strength of the code to Heaven?

When you are in danger, you may chant this passage of password in you heart.

Buddha will help you to avoid the disasters.

But you can't recite the password out loud, only repeat in your heart.

If you chant it out loud, you may reveal the heavenly secret.

The Third Treasure - The Hand Seal

Do you remember how to make the hand seal?

Let's review it.

Now please hold up your both hands, put your right thumb to you right ring finger and touch X this place, and put your left thumb into the X of your right pinky, close up your fingers of your left hand and hold your right hand tight.

We may hold the hand sign for a prayer, it means that: we shall keep our pure heart as a child - simple chaste.

As the Bible says:"Return to the heaven must bosom a child". That means to hold the hand sign.

Then, let's review the Three Treasures once more.

The First Treasure -- The Mystic Portal
The Second Treasure -- The True Sutra
The Third Treasure -- The Hand Seal

At last, please keep the following matters in mind:

  • The Holy Registration
    • The Holy Registration to Heaven, withdraw the name from hell, register in Heavenly Board.
  • Our religious appellation is : I Kuan Tao
  • There are two enlightened teachers of I Kuan Tao:
    • Ji Gong Living Buddha
    • Yue Hui Bodhisattva
  • We need a Transmitting Master to pass the Tao to us, because he/she has a heavenly mandate.
  • The guider and the guarantor
    • Everyone come to the temple receiving the Tao, must have two people to vow in front of Buddha.
    • One is the guider, because of our kindness, have the foundation and Buddha affinity, so the guider introduce us to come to the temple and receiving Tao.
    • The other is the guarantor, who is assuring the Tao is sacred.
  • After receiving Tao, we may be separated from reincarnation, and may return to heaven, being with God.
  • With the Guider and the Guarantor's guarantee, the Transmitting Master is able to transmit Tao to us.
  • All of our life only receive the Tao once time. If there is other people want you to receive the Tao again, you can tell them that you already received the Tao, and don't need to receive the Tao again.
  • If you have families or friends who wish to receive the Tao, you shall take them to the temple, not yourself talk out to them, or else you may considered as revealing the heavenly secret.

So it is my explanation of the Three Treasures.  Finally, let me say congratulation to all of you again. Thank you so much!

*Above contents are recorded from one of the Tao's preacher when he was explaining The Three Treasures.

The Buddha in the left hand side of the picture is our Holy Teacher - Ji Gong living Buddha. The student next to him is 'us'. It means that our Holy Teacher always holding our hands and guiding us the 'way'(Tao).
